Which couriers do ship with?
We ship with FedEx, DHL, USPS and UPS. Your tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in their systems, and you will receive separate email communication if you need to update delivery information from the carrier directly.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We offer dynamic lead time which is calculated at checkout depending on your postal code. Normally, it would take approximate 5-10 days.
What is a return policy?
All unworn items from online orders may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Socks must be unworn and returned in their original and unopened packaging. Please visit your local Browns or B2 location for a quick and easy return. Your original invoice or confirmation email is required. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Socks must be unworn and in their original/unopened packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit, American Express and PayPal.
Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards may be used to make a purchase in – online and do not expire.

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Simply click on the link and it will take you to the courier’s website where the order can be tracked.
You can also track your order by clicking on the “Track your orders” link at the bottom of every page on the website.
If you have an account, you can also track your order by viewing the “Order History” option in the “My Orders” section.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once it has been processed.
You may exchange your unworn purchase in 2 days after you recieved the product.

We DO accept PayPal as a payment method.
Absolutely. Your debit/credit card information would not be saved in our website. It will jump to PayPal website to complete the payment. So you don’t need worry about the security of your debit/credit.
